This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong guest relations, reception, lodge operations, and team leadership experience. Working within a renowned luxury safari environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing front-of-house operations, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality excellence.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ hospitality experience, preferably within a luxury lodge or five-star hotel.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• Strong Hospitality and guest relations experience.
• Excellent Concierge and reception management skills.
• Sound Food & Beverage knowledge.
• Understanding of dietary requirements and allergies.
• Financial administration and stock control experience.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance procedures.
• Understanding of labour legislation and disciplinary procedures.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
