This role involves overseeing Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives to foster employee growth and skill enhancement, managing Succession Planning to ensure leadership continuity, and handling Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and other reporting requirements. Additionally, the Talent Business Partner will drive the Performance Management processes to enhance employee productivity and engagement. This position requires a dedicated professional committed to optimizing talent strategies and contributing to the organisation’s long-term success.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial or Organisational Psychology
- A background in Hospitality Human Resources in a 5-Star Luxury Hotel/Lodge environment
- Valid Driver’s license
- 5 Years’ experience in the Human Resource function in a hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in Learning and Development
- Previous experience in Performance Management
- Previous experience designing and implementing Strategic Planning
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Software
- Proficient user of Sage People 300 Payroll software
- Conversant with Hospitality and Human Resource technical terminology
- Conversant with Hospitality organisational structures and roles
- Expertise in Learning & Development (L&D) strategies
- Expertise in Employment Equity and B-BBEE strategies and reporting
