New Vacancy – Stock Controller 

Resort – Bela Bela, Limpopo

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Tertiary Qualification (Beneficial)
• 2-3 years’ experience in stock or inventory management, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records for all stock items, including food, beverages, linen, and other supplies.
• Stock Control: Conduct regular stock counts, verify deliveries, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimum stock levels.
• Order Management: Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Cost Management: Track and manage stock usage to minimize waste and control costs in line with budgetary guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to anticipate stock requirements and meet operational needs.
• Compliance: Adhere to procurement policies, food safety regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed inventory reports and analyses to management.
