We are seeking a Front of House Manager to join our client and lead the operations of their stylish, high-end restaurant. This role requires an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional leadership skills, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Job Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an upmarket or fine dining establishment.
- Strong background in recruiting, training, and managing restaurant staff.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff and customers alike.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Own transport is essential for this position.
- Valid South African ID is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
Package
- Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 depending on experience
- This is a live-out position
