We are seeking a Front of House Manager to join our client and lead the operations of their stylish, high-end restaurant. This role requires an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional leadership skills, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an upmarket or fine dining establishment.
  • Strong background in recruiting, training, and managing restaurant staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff and customers alike.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Own transport is essential for this position.
  • Valid South African ID is required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

 

Package

 

  • Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 depending on experience
  • This is a live-out position
