5-star Game Reserve – Sabie Sands – Mpumalanga

Our client, a 5-star Game Reserve in Sabie Sands, are looking to hire a reservationist to handle reservations enquiries and bookings in a timely and professional manner with the goal of achieving or exceeding reservations targets by maximising all sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent command of the English language
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar appointment with specific reservations experience in lodges
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent financial awareness
• Personal approach and high level of customer service and support
• Sense of ownership and pride for the guest experience
• Excellent telephone and email manner
• Excellent communicator
• High sense of responsibility

Package

• Salary: R19 000 per month depending on experience
• Live-in position
• Additional company benefits
• 4 Weeks on and 2 weeks off
