Requirements 

  • Human Resource Qualification or equivalent or similar 
  • At least 5 years or more of senior management experience in high-end hospitality.  
  • Must be positive, proactive, aware, evolved, energetic, compassionate strong, respectable, good communication and a strong leader  

Description: 

You would be responsible to manage the Arusha Office by: communicating public holidays; conducting open house meetings, managing office equipment, the Full and Final Settlements, Health and Safety in the Arusha Office, managing the office and Human Capital Budgets monthly, co-ordination of Arusha activities aligned with budget plans, management of Office Team, co-ordination of all regional events & budgets, CBA Meetings, Employment process & required paperwork – contracts & information, Induction processes are aligned and in place , Exit interview processes occur, termination processes are followed, Performance appraisal tracking & summaries for regional planning, Academy – tracking, support and reporting, Succession Planning & tracking, DNA Training, attend HR Meetings, ensure alignment with statutory requirements for both Zanzibar and Mainland Tanzania, Ensure updates are circulated, Company Policies & Procedures, Ensure that all managers have access, Training, managing Internal relations,  Monitoring / feedback, Co-ordination on legal cases, CBA support, Work permit, Applications, payments and co-ordination, Contracts, Issue all staff contracts, Staff benefits, NHIF, NSSF, Recruitment, Support Management and staff.
