Hospitality and Outdoor is looking for a people loving, hospitality driven individual to join their growing team and to help people find the right opportunities. The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience and will be looking to step out of the industry, but who still wants to be “connected” to hospitality.
Please note, this is a fulltime position.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE experience in the Hospitality Industry- minimum 5 years (Essential)
- Good understanding of all social media platforms (Essential)
- Previous experience in recruitment (Beneficial)
- Previous experience in HR (Beneficial)
- Friendly
- Strong people skills
- Outgoing, bubbly personality
- Excellent command of the English Language (Afrikaans highly beneficial)
- Professional and well groomed
Responsibilities
- Interview candidates
- Schedule interviews with clients
- Format CV’s and creating of profiles
- Maintaining a Social Media presence
- Advertising of new positions
- Reference checking
- Administrative duties
