People and Culture Manager

Luxury Hotel – Umhlanga

Requirements:

  • Relevant HR diploma or equivalent- Essential
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a Senior HR Role in a 4 or 5-star environment,
  • Experience in working with unions recommended
  • Experience in the hospitality industry-Preferred .
  • Proven record of Payroll, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Skills Development and Employment
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong knowledge of the SA labour laws and the HR best practise
  • Strong knowledge labour laws and HR best practices
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Exposure to Sage Payroll and Trac-Tech System
  • Fluency in Zulu and/or Afrikaans
  • Hospitality operations management experience with experience in service skills training.

Package on offer:

R 45-55 000 Cost to Company pm
