People and Culture Manager
Luxury Hotel – Umhlanga
Requirements:
- Relevant HR diploma or equivalent- Essential
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a Senior HR Role in a 4 or 5-star environment,
- Experience in working with unions recommended
- Experience in the hospitality industry-Preferred .
- Proven record of Payroll, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Skills Development and Employment
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communications (verbal and written) skills
- Strong knowledge of the SA labour laws and the HR best practise
- Strong knowledge labour laws and HR best practices
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Exposure to Sage Payroll and Trac-Tech System
- Fluency in Zulu and/or Afrikaans
- Hospitality operations management experience with experience in service skills training.
