Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position, will be an advantage
  • Previous lodge experience preferred
  • Matric
  • Driver’s license
  • Ability/Willingness to learn
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and be list/task orientated
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent Office and Telephone etiquette
  • Strong customer service orientation with good people skills
  • Excellent command of the English
  • Excellent administrative skills (processing and receiving orders, reconning statements, stock takes, month end tasks)
  • Professional and well groomed

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing office organization – (Emails and Telephone)
  • Provide administrative support to lodge management
  • Supplier relationships
  • Processing and receiving of orders
  • Preparing and reconciling statements
  • Assisting with “Month End” tasks and balancing of stock
  • Assisting the Lodge Manager with allocated daily tasks
  • Sourcing items as required for lodge operation.

Package on offer:

  • R14 000 per month depending on experience
  • Single accommodation and meal allowance
