We are seeking an experienced and passionate management couple to lead the operations of our high-end luxury establishment situated in a newly declared Nature Reserve in KwaZulu Natal. This is an exciting chance to be involved in a new concept of the safari experience, hosting high profile donors who wish to make a difference in the conservation of African landscapes and wildlife, through an immersive conservation experience.

The daily routine will extend beyond that of the typical luxury safari lodge, with the primary focus being hands-on participation in re-wilding, conservation, and educational activities. Each stay will be catered to specific interests, making this a unique opportunity to embrace a passion for wildlife, conservation and hospitality to create life-changing experiences for our benefactors.

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality (Highly Beneficial)
• A minimum of 5 years Lodge Management experience (Luxury Establishments-Essential)
• Excellent allrounders with knowledge of all lodge aspects (Guiding, FOH, F&B, Maintenance, Finances, Operations, HR etc.)
• Experience in budget management, logistics, and procurement.
• Knowledge of remote or wilderness lodge operations.
• A passion for wildlife, conservation, and sustainable tourism.

 Package on offer 

• R 45-50 000 per couple (Depending on Experience)
