New Vacancy – Management Couple  

Inhambane – Mozambique 

Our client is in search of a Couple, to manage the daily operations and to maintain the 5* standard across this luxurious property, situated right next to the river mouth.   

Requirements 

• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a beach or resort setting. 

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. 

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. 

• First person needs to have a fishing license for Mozambique, a skipper license 40nm </>, and must assist with all activities (wakeboarding, kayaking, fishing (off-shore), island tours, and tubing).   

• Second person needs to be an experience beach/ resort lodge manager.   

• Fluent in English 

Package on offer: 

• R35 000 – R45 000 pm (for the couple) 

• Incentives are a big bonus and will be discussed in interview 

• Accommodation provided on-site. 

• Meals Included
