Requirements 

• Previous lodge management experience (min. 5 year’s experience) 

• FGASA Level 2 (must be current) 

• First Aid Level 1 (min requirement) 

• PDP (must be current) 

• Excellent admin skills 

• Good communication skills 

• Must be able to manage staff on a daily basis 

• Great customer relations and inter personal skills 

Description 

• A couple that is highly respectful to local cultures and works well with local staff members.   

• Good allrounder/s, where both candidates have in depth knowledge of all lodge aspects (FOH, F&B, Guiding, Maintenance, Finances, Operations, HR etc.)  

• Guest focused philosophy 

• Hosting responsibilities 

• Must work accurately under pressure – small team of 6 members who reside on site excluding YOU 

• People skills – tolerance, patience, and care 

• To respond to changes in your job function as dictated by the industry, company, or the property 

• To manage and monitor all costs and implement measures to control them 

• To provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement of all subordinates 

• This position is not child or pet friendly 

Package on offer 

• R40 000 – R50 000 pm
