Requirements
- Degree or equivalent from a reputable & recognized Hotel School (Advantageous)
- At least 3-5 years Hospitality Management experience in a luxury lodge environment (Essential)
- Good understanding of all aspects of the lodge operation (F&B, FOH, Finance, HR, Operations, Field, Maintenance etc)
- Strong Food and Beverage background
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent Customer Relations
- Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
- Professional and well groomed
- Driver’s license essential
- RSA Nationals will be given preference
Package on offer
- Individual Salary R 40 000 Gross pm
- Live in with company benefits (Pension contribution, medical aid contribution)
- 3 weeks on, 1 week off
