Luxury Lodge Limpopo

A well know luxury lodge in Limpopo is looking for a strong couple to manage the operation. The ideal couple will consist out of a lodge manager, with guiding experience/qualifications, and either a F&B Manager or a Head Chef.

Requirements

Lodge Manager

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in a managerial/supervisory role in high-end, luxury lodge operation (Essential)
• Good understanding of all functions within a lodge operation, especially FOH or F&B
• Hosting and guest interaction
• Guiding background with FGASA qualification preferred
• Good financial acumen
• Previous lodge experience highly beneficial
• Excellent Customer Relations
• Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
• Professional and well groomed
• Driver’s license essential

 F&B Manager or Head Chef

• At least 3-5 years Food and Beverage Management/Head Chef experience in a 4/5 star Establishment (Essential)
• Previous lodge experience (Preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of Food trends
• Knowledge of the highest level of F&B customer service in a luxury environment.
• Expert knowledge and understanding of stock procedures and control
• Knowledge of planning, budgeting and departmental administration.

Package on offer

• R 45-50 000 per month, depending on experience
• Work rotation of 3 weeks on/ 1 week off
