Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent from a reputable & recognized Hotel School (Advantageous)
  • At least 10 years Hospitality Management experience in a 4 / 5 star luxury lodge environment (Essential)
  • Strong Financial capabilities.
  • A degree in Food and beverages is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of all aspects of the lodge operation (F&B, FOH, Finance, HR, Operations, Field, Maintenance etc)
  • Have a strong F&B background (chef qualifications a major benefit)
  • Have the ability to manage staff and resolve conflicts
  • Be willing to get involved in day-to-day guest service
  • Be comfortable with isolation
  • Grow reservations through product training and updating of online platforms including own website, provide admin support through bookkeeping, payments and
  • Excellent Customer Relations
  • Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel  
  • Professional and well groomed 
  • Driver’s license essential

Package on offer:

  • 35 000 BWP and live in.
