Luxury Lodge – Northern KZN 

Description:

  • Managing food costs and stock rotations and quality control
  • Managing guest experience during meals
  • Stocktakes and orders
  • Menu planning and menu options creation
  • Issuing out stock to relevant departments
  • Compiling weekly reports for management
  • Hosting and servicing guests during shifts
  • Very hands on approach by means of assisting the butlers with setting up meal tables and clearing after services etc
  • Ensuring food presentation, quality etc is provided to guests timorously and consistently
  • Kitchen hygiene
  • Assist with guests arrival at the lodge by doing indemnity forms and showing around the lodge
  • Assist with guest room check for arrival rooms

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent excel and Microsoft office experience
  • Nightsbridge knowledge and experience is preferred
  • minimum 2 years working experience in the lodge industry (Not necessarily this position specifically)
  • Must have drivers license
  • Strong leadership skills and management presence about themselves
  • Must be able to work independently and use initiative

Package on Offer:

  • R8 000 – R9 000 per month CTC
  • Live In
  • Meals on duty
  • Cycle – 3 weeks on – 1 week off
