5-star Game Lodge – Mkuze – KwaZulu-Natal

Our client, a 5-star Game lodge in Northen KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking an experienced lodge manager to manage their team and lodge to 5-star standards.

Requirements

• 4 years’ experience in a similar role. Preferably 5* establishments.
• Must have a good understanding of all functions of a lodge operation
• Must be able to host guests and have an outgoing personality.
• Must have strong administration and organizational skills.
• Must be literate in Office 366
• Will need to be responsible for all lodge operations and take initiative to solve any and all problems as they arise.
• Will need to create and construct beautiful guest experiences such as bush dinners, gin stops and anything else that will add to the overall guest experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with good communication skills
• Must be hands on and will need to be actively involved in day-to-day operations by helping and teaching staff as needed. Will need to be dynamic and willing to fill in where needed.
• Driver’s license essential

Package

• Salary: R15 000 – R25 000 per month, depending on experience
• Live-in position in a 2-bedroom house
• Meals when on duty
