Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ as a Housekeeping Manager (5-Star luxury, safari, establishment-Essential)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good command of the English Language (verbal & written)
- Sound knowledge of Housekeeping, Laundry, and Public Area Service procedures.
- Sound knowledge of stock procedures and control.
- Sound knowledge of product and supply, and sound knowledge of hygiene.

- Solid work history
- Professional and well groomed
Description
- Management of staff and the department.
- Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and prepared, maintain cleanliness of all vacant rooms daily to the property and company standard.
- Management of multiple laundries.
- Provide training to the departments staff.
- Set and upkeep standards for the department.
- Control the procurement and stock of the department.
- Supervise the lodge cleaning and preparation to achieve standards
- Report any issues with lodge furnishings.
- HR related tasks for your department
- Focus of service excellence
- Communication with staff and lodge management is crucial
- Provide a list of maintenance issues
- Control and monitor Department budget.
