New Vacancy – Guesthouse Manager

Our client, a boutique guesthouse, is looking for an individual with strong managerial skills, who can take charge and run the guesthouse alone when the owner is away.

Requirements

• Matric or equivalent
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Exceptional front-of-house skills
• Strong booking and admin skills
• 2 – 3 years catering experience
• Fantastic time management skills
• Fluent in MS Office, MS Word and MS Excel
• Guest-focused with a service-oriented management style
• Sound knowledge of Guest House Management
• Excellent customer service
• High level of telephone etiquette and an excellent all-rounder
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Professional and well groomed

Package

• R15 000 – R18 000 (Dependant on experience)
• Live-in position
