New Vacancy – Guest Relations
Luxury Lodge – Waterberg, Limpopo
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing or guest relations role, preferably in a 4/5-star establishment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of reservation systems and front-of-house functions.
- Fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).
- Dynamic, energetic, and highly professional demeanour.
- Immediate availability preferred and able to attend an onsite interview.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized and professional service.
- Welcome and brief guests upon arrival.
- Plan and coordinate guest itineraries for their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Prepare reports and provide feedback on guest satisfaction.
Package On Offer:
- Salary: R7,000 + tips (to be discussed during the interview).
- Single live-in with meals provided.
