New Vacancy – Guest Relations

Luxury Lodge – Waterberg, Limpopo

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing or guest relations role, preferably in a 4/5-star establishment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of reservation systems and front-of-house functions.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).
  • Dynamic, energetic, and highly professional demeanour.
  • Immediate availability preferred and able to attend an onsite interview.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized and professional service.
  • Welcome and brief guests upon arrival.
  • Plan and coordinate guest itineraries for their stay.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback on guest satisfaction.

Package On Offer:

  • Salary: R7,000 + tips (to be discussed during the interview).
  • Single live-in with meals provided.
