Guest Relations Manager

Luxury Resort – Mozambique

The primary focus of the Guest Relations Manager is to cultivate activities & experiences from conception through to completion, providing outstanding customer service and organising memorable experiences that meet quality expectations – across the resort.

Requirements:

  • Must sell resort activities to clients
  • Help to setup meals, activities etc.
  • Must be very good with guests
  • Beach resort experience preferred
  • 4/5 star experience (ESSENTIAL)
  • Tertiary qualification highly advantageous
  • Management Experience in a multi – space environment (3 years)
  • Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
  • Ability to forecast events and activities operational needs. (Manpower, Stock, Operating equipment
  • Skilled project manager

Description:

  • Responsible for the planning and smooth execution of all Resort Activities.
  • Provide a seamless service in the coordinating and evaluating of all Resort Activities.
  • Financial and systems knowledge
  • Put the needs and expectations of guests first and prioritize
  • Set up prior to service and adhere to the opening and closing duties.
  • Adhere to & implement all the policies, procedures, rules and regulations
  • Hosting Site Inspections when required
  • Relationship building with clients & suppliers
  • Handling and resolving costumer complaints timeously while providing feedback to management
  • Continuously creating and enhancing current experiences that attracts footfall and create memorable guest experiences staying relevant to market change.

Package on offer:

  • R 17 000 pm with live in and meals
