Group HR Manager

Hotel Group- Centurion

The Group HRD Manager will be a transformative leader responsible for fostering a culture of growth, development, and positive engagement across our portfolio of close to 20 hotels and Support Office. This role combines strategic HR leadership with a passionate commitment to creating an environment where every employee can thrive and reach their full potential.

To design, implement, and oversee comprehensive human resources strategies that promote organizational excellence, employee wellbeing, and sustainable growth while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance across all business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources(Honours degree will be an advantage)
  • Registered with SABPP (Highly favourable, but not absolute requirement)
  • At least 8-10 years HR experience in a medium size company
  • Proven work experience in Recruitment, Performance Management, HR Administration, Unions
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour laws & labour regulation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong conflict management Skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Detailed Orientated
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • The role requires regular travel to properties across South Africa to maintain strong relationships with property teams and ensure consistent implementation of HR initiatives.
