Requirements:
- 2 – 3 Years previous experience in a restaurant environment (Essential)
- Sound knowledge of the Hot section (Essential)
- Extensive knowledge of grilling techniques and meat preparation
- Food Hygiene or professional cooking qualifications (Beneficial)
- Knowledgeable of all dietary and religious requirements
- Passion for food and personal growth
- Team Player
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with daily preparations.
- Ensure efficient work with the focus on completing the task within the time available.
- Assisting with Stock control and month end procedures
- Ensure all grilling standards are implemented as required by the owner
- Prepare and grill high-quality meat dishes to perfection
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the grill station
- Comply with all relevant checklists and evaluations set out by the owners
- Provide excellent customer service
Package on Offer:
R 7 000 per month depending on experience
