New Vacancy – Front Office Manager

Mkuze, KwaZulu Natal

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Excellent knowledge of Opera
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a 4-star hotel
  • Office Management and/or related qualifications (beneficial)

Responsibilities:

  • Support and supervise the Reservations and Front Desk teams
  • Ensure guest profiles and billing are accurate
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer-related tasks to enhance the guest experience
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the reception area
  • Monitor front office supplies (key cards, holders, brochures)
  • Complete month-end reports and booking reconciliations
  • Excel in delivering exceptional guest experiences​

 

Package on offer:

  • R 10 000 – R14 000 per month depending on experience
  • Medical Aid and Provident Fund contribution
