Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a restaurant environment
  • Very presentable and trendy
  • Be able to move effortlessly amongst tables through the restaurant
  • Excellent people and interpersonal skills
  • Discerning and courteous to all audiences

Description:

  • Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer care
  • Front House and Kitchen staff management on a daily basis
  • Responsible for cash ups recon for the day
  • Responsible for opening and closing the shop
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Responsible for handling customer queries
  • Check emails and telephone messages

Package on offer:

Negotiable depending on experience.
