F&B Manager

Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management (Advantageous)
- At least 3-5 years Food and Beverage Management experience in a 4/5-Star establishment (Essential)
- WSET Level 1 or 2- Highly Beneficial
- Previous lodge experience- Preferred
- In depth experience in wine service (Tastings, wine pairing etc)- Essential
- Knowledge of the highest level of F&B customer service in a luxury environment.
- International Experience Highly Beneficial
- Good knowledge of local, regional and international wines.
- Sound overall beverage knowledge.
- Maintain responsibility for service, sales, expenses and profit goals as directed and as outlined in the beverage plans and budgets, whilst promoting the company goals of guest service and satisfaction, team work, reporting requirements and financial performance.
- Sound knowledge of food and cooking methods.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of stock procedures and control.
- Knowledge of planning, budgeting and departmental administration.
Package on offer
- R 16-19 000 pm (Negotiable- Depending on Experience)
- Single accommodation and meals
- 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off
