Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality (Highly Beneficial- for permits)
  • At least 5 years Food and Beverage Management experience in a 5 star Establishment (Essential)
  • Previous Beach/Island experience (Highly Beneficial)
  • International Experience highly beneficial
  • Excellent Wine Knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of Food trends
  • Knowledge of the highest level of F&B customer service in a luxury environment.
  • Must have sound experience in Butler service
  • Sound knowledge of food and cooking methods
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of stock procedures and control
  • Knowledge of planning, budgeting and departmental administration.
  • Valid driver’s license

Package on offer
