Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar leadership role experience in a 4/5 star hotel/Resort/Lodge- Essential
  • Diploma or similar in Food Service Management or related field-Beneficial
  • A strong understanding of food and beverage trends, particularly in boutique and luxury setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Micros)
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Oversee all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and event spaces, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with the executive chef to craft innovative, locally inspired menus that cater to diverse guest preferences.
