Requirements 

FOH 

• Must have grade 12 and be computer literate  

• Administration, accounts and stock control 

• Quality control of food, food presentation and service and overseeing menus 

• HR- being in charge or a small team of housekeepers 

• Motivating staff and leading them 

• Supervisory position in a 4/5-star establishment.  

• Excellent sales and customer care skills 

• Excellent Guest liaison skills 

• Have a strong eye for detail with regards to all lodge rooms, service & food 

Field Guide 

• Valid RSA driver’s license and PrDP 

• Field guide qualifications (would be great if candidate has Back-up Trails or Full Trails) 

• DEAT/ NDT Registered (Limpopo) 

• First Aid 

• ARH 

• PFTC – Business purposes 

• Positive attitude and approach toward team work 

• Hands on approach towards guest experience 

• Ability to take initiative and problem solving 

• Excellent guest interaction skills 

• Sober habits 

• Neat and Presentable appearance 

Package on offer 

• R30 000 pm (Depending on Experience and qualifications) 

• Accommodation
