Food and Beverage Trainer

Requirements:

• Relevant Qualification in Hospitality, catering or similar
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role with proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a focus on training or supervisory roles.

• Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including service standards, menu development, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
• Ability to design and implement effective training programs and materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•  A strong passion for the industry and motivating employees in F&B to upskill themselves- A constant support and well of knowledge for the staff
• Have the tools and experience to create training materials and modules for all floor and kitchen staff and be able to evaluate and asses their effectiveness
• Hands on training- organising workshops, training sessions etc as needed
• Stay up to date with new trends in the F&B world- communicate this knowledge effectively to staff.
• Educate employees on health, safety, and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Instil a strong sense of customer service in all training programs, emphasizing the importance of guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with management to identify training needs and align programs with company goals and objectives. – give feedback as necessary and advice on changes needed
• Driver’s License with own transport would be very beneficial

Package:

• Salary: R20 000 CTC
• Live out in Cape Town so CT candidates preferred
