Medium Sized Country Hotel-Congo (Kolwezi)
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in the Culinary Arts or similar-Essential for permits
- 5-8 Years previous senior chef experience in a medium to large resort/lodge/hotel – Essential
- African experience a must!
- Not just a stand-alone kitchen- also caters for outside conferences and events.
- Food Hygiene and professional cooking qualifications
- Ability to co-ordinate the kitchen team to produce menus and food items with attention to detail, and high standards of presentation
- Good understanding of Food and Beverage trends
- Knowledgeable of all dietary and religious requirements
Package on offer
- Single Accommodation and meals
- US$ 4 000 pm (Negotiable, depending on experience)
- Annual Bonus
- 6 weeks annual leave (spread over several periods)
