Medium Sized Country Hotel-Congo (Kolwezi)

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in the Culinary Arts or similar-Essential for permits
  • 5-8 Years previous senior chef experience in a medium to large resort/lodge/hotel – Essential
  • African experience a must!
  • Not just a stand-alone kitchen- also caters for outside conferences and events.
  • Food Hygiene and professional cooking qualifications
  • Ability to co-ordinate the kitchen team to produce menus and food items with attention to detail, and high standards of presentation
  • Good understanding of Food and Beverage trends
  • Knowledgeable of all dietary and religious requirements

Package on offer

  • Single Accommodation and meals
  • US$ 4 000 pm (Negotiable, depending on experience)
  • Annual Bonus
  • 6 weeks annual leave (spread over several periods)
