Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality (Highly Beneficial)
  • A minimum of 3 years Lodge Management experience in a 4/5 star establishment (Essential)
  • Good financial acumen (English)
  • Well experienced in all aspects of the lodge operation: HR, Finance (Budgeting/Forecasting), F&B, FOH, Guest Interaction, Project management, Maintenance, Housekeeping etc.
  • Computer literate
  • Valid driver’s license
