New Vacancy – Corporate Sales Executive

Requirements:

  • Matric; a tertiary qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hotel sales experience.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • High level of customer service orientation, discipline, organization, attention to detail, and a strong drive to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in IsiXhosa, IsiZulu, or Afrikaans is an advantage.
  • High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
  • Own vehicle required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
  • Attend sales meetings with senior leadership; document key points.
  • Conduct market research on target audiences.
  • Generate reports for management.
  • Manage sales and marketing budget.
  • Monitor and report competitor activity.
  • Track and report on sales and marketing metrics.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate and distribute promotional materials.
  • Prepare quotes, contracts, and invoices.
  • Maintain a comprehensive client and contract database.
  • Conduct telesales and face-to-face sales calls.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in travel functions and industry events.
  • Visit and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Maintain regular contact with hotel teams to stay updated on trends.

Package on Offer:

  • R25 000 per month depending on experience
