Requirements:
- Matric
- At least 5 years restaurant experience in a supervisory role- Essential
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager-Essential
- Proven guest service experience as a manager
- Strong with stock management, Cost Control and Gross Profit Margins- Essential
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- Being a native of South Africa preferably
Package on offer:
R 20-R30k per month. (Depending on experience)
