Requirements:

  • Matric
  • At least 5 years restaurant experience in a supervisory role- Essential
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager-Essential
  • Proven guest service experience as a manager
  • Strong with stock management, Cost Control and Gross Profit Margins- Essential
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
  • Being a native of South Africa preferably

Package on offer:

R 20-R30k per month. (Depending on experience)

Starting Date: ASAP.
