• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar senior role at a bush-based property.
• A Degree in Tourism and Hospitality or equivalent is preferred.
• A leader, experienced in overseeing daily operations, FOH & BOH, maintenance, safari & entertainment.
• Demonstrable financial acumen with focus on budgets, forecasting, revenue management, and cost-saving.
• Proven track record of effectively and fairly leading a team, fostering a positive work environment, displaying the ability to instil core company values & culture and lead by example.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
• A guest centric approach and strong at building relationships with guests, suppliers and business partners.
• Good & stable track record with contactable references.
