New Vacancy – Assistant Lodge Manager 

Rural Grahamstown, Eastern Cape 

In this role you would be responsible for meeting and exceeding guests’ satisfaction.  Monitor guest feedback, assist with day-to-day running’s at the lodge, uphold and elevate the service standards provided by the team.  Ensure effective supervision and management – especially when the lodge manager is on leave/ away.  Reaching targets of quality improvement.  Develop and implement SOP’s and policies.  Manage cash, stock, equipment maintenance.  This is a 2IC position.  

Requirements 

  • Matric 
  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management 
  • 3 – 5 years of experience working in a 5-star as an assistant lodge manager/ duty manager or guest relations manager 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Driver’s license – NON-NEGOTIABLE 

Package on offer 

  • R21 000 pm 
  • Live in 
  • 3 weeks on, 1 week off
