Assistant Lodge/Front of House Manager

Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality (Beneficial)
  • At least 2-3 years Hospitality experience in a Supervisory role (Essential)
  • Previous lodge experience preferred
  • Good understanding of 4/5 star lodge operations, especially Food and Beverage, Front of house, Duty management and Hosting (Essential)
  • Must have experience in lodge finances (Budgets, Forecasting, Cost Control)
  • Excellent Customer Relations and must love to host guests
  • Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel- Essential
  • Professional and well groomed
  • Driver’s license essential
