Assistant Lodge/Front of House Manager

Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality (Beneficial)
- At least 2-3 years Hospitality experience in a Supervisory role (Essential)
- Previous lodge experience preferred
- Good understanding of 4/5 star lodge operations, especially Food and Beverage, Front of house, Duty management and Hosting (Essential)
- Must have experience in lodge finances (Budgets, Forecasting, Cost Control)
- Excellent Customer Relations and must love to host guests
- Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel- Essential
- Professional and well groomed
- Driver’s license essential
