New Vacancy – Assistant General Manager
4 Star Hotel – Centurion, Gauteng
Requirements:
- Matric
- Bachelor Degree | Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 10 years of hospitality experience in 3- & 4-star properties.
- At least 5 years of General Management experience.
- Strong understanding of both Rooms and F&B operations, with lodge or resort experience advantageous.
- High level of customer service with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong numeracy, organizational, and cost control skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and meet profitability targets.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve double-digit year-on-year revenue growth.
- Oversee both Rooms and F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Build and market the F&B offering to attract weddings, conferences, and non-resident diners.
- Manage expenses effectively to meet budgeted profit goals.
- Inspire and lead the team to deliver personal and business growth.
- Maintain high operational standards across all departments.
- Foster strong guest relations and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize data-driven strategies to optimize business performance.
Package On Offer:
- R40 000 per month depending on experience
