New Vacancy – Assistant General Manager

4 Star Hotel – Centurion, Gauteng

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Bachelor Degree | Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of hospitality experience in 3- & 4-star properties.
  • At least 5 years of General Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of both Rooms and F&B operations, with lodge or resort experience advantageous.
  • High level of customer service with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong numeracy, organizational, and cost control skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and meet profitability targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve double-digit year-on-year revenue growth.
  • Oversee both Rooms and F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Build and market the F&B offering to attract weddings, conferences, and non-resident diners.
  • Manage expenses effectively to meet budgeted profit goals.
  • Inspire and lead the team to deliver personal and business growth.
  • Maintain high operational standards across all departments.
  • Foster strong guest relations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Utilize data-driven strategies to optimize business performance.

 

Package On Offer:

  • R40 000 per month depending on experience
