New Vacancy – Admin Assistant 

Hoedspruit, Limpopo 

This is a live out position! 

Requirements: 

  • Grade 12 
  • Driver’s License + Own Transport 
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) 
  • 3 years prior admin experience 
  • Able to work Monday – Friday, from 9 am – 3 pm.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative functions and support the management team. 
  • Handle correspondence and maintain professional communication with suppliers and clients. 
  • Manage the entry process, including accurate billing, completion of indemnity forms, and compliance with lodge procedures. 
  • Verify and process quotes, orders, delivery notes, and invoices accurately. 
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system for documentation (both physical and digital). 
  • Prepare and distribute management schedules, reports, and other required documents. 
  • Monitor the CCTV cameras and after-hours use of entrance gate and submit required reporting 
  • Oversee and maintain stock control systems to ensure proper tracking of items 
  • Assist in maintaining a Fixed Asset Register, including regular verification and inspections. 
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of passenger/guest numbers entering the Reserve. 
  • Provide outstanding service to everyone entering the gate 
  • Ensure that the security personnel follow the correct entry and exit procedures for all users of the gate and assist with queries. 
  • Oversee the maintenance of the solar system, generator and the Reserve Gate and Office. 
  • Perform routine errands and assist with ad hoc tasks to ensure operational continuity.
